Ee-AripaevÄripäev-Business daily in Estonia

Äripäev has been established in 1989 by Mainor Bonnier Publications. Now it belongs to Bonnier Business Press AB (Sweden). It is published every day in a number of 15000 copies, reaching out several institutions and private households in whole Estonia. Äripäev is of its sort the biggest newspaper dealing with economical issues in Estonia and receives attention by politics and business as well as by private households.

The newspaper deals with all kind of issues related to business and economics, typical are the following sections: News, Investments and Opinion

The editorial vision is to provide reliable information on the latest Estonian business developments, and completing the daily news with an economic background. Äripäev will also have a look at the neighbouring/other European countries to comment other business and economical strategies.

Bigger articles about forest issues are mostly published in “Industry” section, which is published once a week and in monthly magazine called “Industry”. Very important, actual and with wide interest news are published also in online and dailypaper.  Main focus is on the economics of forestry, keeping in mind sustainability. In the opinion section, several different stakeholders will be cited.

Äripäev joins the EUFORMAG magazine network to enable its readers to receive a view on European forestry issues. The articles provides to the network will not only come from Äripäev, but also from the Private Forest Center SA Erametsakeskus. The Private Forest Center will also take care of the translation of the articles.
