EUFORMAG Agreement

EUFORMAG Agreement

I undersigned to be completed

In charge of the publishing of  name of the magazine

Express my willing to join the network so called EUFORMAG, with the objective of sharing information and dissemination concerning mainly :

  • forest management viewed from its practical aspects - and especially within privately owned forests
  • presenting experiences and concrete results, both on technical and governance topics, linked to regional, national and European programmes
  • of cross national interest

Take the commitment :

  1. to provide to the group of partners – in consistence with the objectives mentioned above – a minimum of 2 articles a year (of 15 000 to 25 000 signs each - including spaces), both in my national language and in english version
  2. to provide the information and files required for this publishing process and for the good functioning of the network through EUFORMAG internet site
  3. to publish in the columns of name of the magazine a minimum of  2 articles a year, coming from the other partners, and mentioning the author’s name, and the provider magazine’s name
  4. to inform the concerned partner(s) of the planning of the publishing
  5. to use the EUFORMAG logo to present these articles
  6. to assure the quality of the English translation, through a professional translator, or a perfect English speaking rewriter
  7. to eventually facilitate the dissemination of the results from EU programmes leaded by the EUFORMAG partners (each partner being free to present Euformag network as a possible dissemination tool through such programmes, and, if it is is funded, to support – if they wish – the costs of translation and publishing of others partners magazines)

Given that :

  • name of the magazine is free to translate and eventually adapt the text of the article in its national language, (in that case, the article will be mentioned as “adapted”)
  • name of the magazine will not ask for any authors’ right within the network, for the provided articles
